Combatting Morning Sickness

Everything you need to know:

Morning sickness is a common and often challenging part of pregnancy, and as I journey through my third pregnancy, I've picked up some helpful tips and remedies along the way. Nausea and fatigue can feel so overwhelming, especially during the first trimester, and especially if you are chasing around other little ones (three under three life lets go!) but having a go-to regimen has made a world of difference for me.

While every woman's experience is unique, I encourage you to try these remedies that have worked wonders for me:

(if you want to skip the reading and jump right to my list of products, click HERE)

  1. Hydration, the obvious. But not all hydration is created equal. After much research this electrolyte mix has the best balance of minerals and nutrients, its flavorless so you can mix it in anything, and it also has no fillers, sugars, binders or preservatives. Find it HERE

  2. Phosphood - I talk about Phosphood for morning sickness in my eBook, and I can confirm that it makes a big difference in morning sickness. It comes in dropper form and has a lemony taste, making it easy to get down in water, or even masked in other flavored drinks. This also helps a lot with heart burn, which is a big contributor to morning sickness due to increased, or off balance stomach acid especially in first trimester. Find it HERE

  3. Topical Glutathione - Glutathione is a natural antioxidant in the body that helps fight off toxins and supports the body's detoxification processes, which improves overall well-being during pregnancy. Find it HERE

  4. P5P - P5P is the bioactive form of Vitamin B6, and I find it particularly effective for reducing nausea. This is the preferred version of B6 as it is readily usable by the body without needing conversion in the liver, potentially offering more efficient absorption and effectiveness. In studies done, the majority of mothers with severe morning sickness were also severely deficient in P5P and most reported that a morning dose helped. FInd it HERE

  5. Boiron USA Nausea Calm - This homeopathic remedy is a lifesaver for settling my stomach, especially when I’m on the go. The natural blend helps ease queasiness without making me feel drowsy, which is such a plus! Find it HERE

  6. Regenerzyme heart - If you’ve followed me for a while, you know I rave about Regenerzyme Heart. It’s packed with vitamins, folate, magnesium, and more, and I often take it in place of a prenatal. It supports overall vitality during pregnancy and is a key part of my wellness routine.

  7. Beef Organs Stack - This stack is a powerhouse for delivering tailored nutrition to both mom and baby. It supports neural growth, optimal hormone balance, and helps maintain iron stores, which is crucial for oxygen delivery and overall energy. It’s a game changer for both my health and my baby’s development. My favorites HERE

  8. If all else fails, then I have found this bracelet to help tremendously. It is pricey but depending on the severity of your morning sickness and ability to keep things down, this can be a game changer. Find it HERE

These remedies have truly helped me manage morning sickness, and I hope they bring you some relief, too! Remember, always consult with your healthcare provider before trying new supplements, especially during pregnancy. I am not a doctor and this is not medical advice, this is just what has helped me through my three pregnancies.
