I'll caveat this with I don't believe in blanket parasite cleanses for everyone. I generally recommend doing it with a little guidance from a frequency medicine professional who can muscle test you to see which specific approach is right for you. Some people who are chronically ill need to build up strength in other systems before handling a cleanse.

I also think that parasites are there to remove heavy metals from our bodies (that's what they do, soak up heavy metals), so generally like to target both at the same time. Parasites can cause a number of issues from rashes to neurological issues, constipation, brain tumors, to cancers and more. Some of the most obscure and serious symptoms clear up with the removal of parasites. If you have iron deficiency, this could be a sign of parasites as parasites like to take your iron and deplete your blood quality. (Black Cumin by VerVita is great for building blood).

I find VerVita Klenz+ to be a great "blanket" or universal supplement that goes after parasites, mold, candida, bacteria, viruses, Lyme, heavy metals and biofilms.
