Consider an antifungal diet which will reduce Candida which is responsible for yeast infections and overgrowth.

Candida overgrowth occurs when the natural balance of yeast and bacteria in the body is disrupted, allowing Candida yeast to grow excessively.

Below are my go-to products for anything involving yeast/ yeast infections. In addition, cut out sugar and diary as these contribute to yeast overgrowth (if not going full antifungal diet, I would do these as the basics).
