Start pasta water if serving with pasta 2. Combine all ingredients (except the sauce and pasta) in a bowl 3. Add two tablespoons of butter to a large pan and heat on medium high heat 4. Once the pan is hot, use a medium cookie scoop or your hands to roll chicken mixture into balls roughly the size of golf balls and place directly into the hot pan 5. Cook for a couple of minutes on each side until golden brown. If serving with pasta and sauce: 6. Dump the jar of sauce into the pan and bring to a simmer with lid on until meatballs are cooked through, about 12 minutes 7. Add pasta to water and cook to directions on package 8. One meatballs are cooked through, plate over pasta and serve
