Dose Your Herbs, Supplements and Drops!
By: Lorissa Violet

Ultimately everyone is a little different and everyone's bodies require different things at different times at different dosages. If I wanted to be super accurate, I'd go get muscle tested for precision. However, I always like to act quickly with what I have at home and this is a very easy to use rough guide for herbs, tinctures and more for everyday/common illness.
Here is a rough format I follow for dosage and duration for all products unless otherwise instructed by practitioner:
Supreme Products:
Assume that standard/bottle direction dosage is for someone around 150 lbs
Capsules (most capsules = 1 for every 50lbs body weight roughly) so if a child weighs 50 pounds and bottle dose is 1 they'd get; but bottle dose is 3, they'd get 1.
Example dose for 50lb child:
For Schisandra, that is 1/3 3x/day or 1/2 cap 2x/day
For Morinda that would be 1 cap 3x per day
For a 25 lb child, you'd cut these in half.
By rough weight for capsules:
- 12.5 lbs= 1/4 capsules 2x/day
- 25 lbs= 1/2 capsule 2x/day
- 50lbs =1 capsule, 2x/day
- 100lbs= 2 capsules, 2x/day
By rough weight for Tinctures:
- 20 pounds 2-5 drops 3x/day
- 30 pounds 3-6 drops 3x/day
- 50 pounds 5-10 drops 3x/day
- 100+ pounds 10-25 drops 10-25 drops 3x/day
VerVita Products Examples:
ImmuneRmor: Double to Triple the dosage on the bottle for adults under severe illness, standard protocol on body weight (1 cap/day per 50lbs)
CirQTonic: 1-3 per day depending adult weight, kids go by 1 cap per day per 50 lbs body weight
Black Cumin Oil: 5-10 drops split up with meals, if moderate to severe anemia, then up to 10-20 drops per day (I currently take 10 in the morning and 10 at night for reference)
Detox Baths:
Approximately 10-15 drops of VerVita oils and 1/2-1 cup of epsom per 50 pounds.
Adult Detox Bath Example: Elite Harmony 15 drops, Black Cumin 10 drops, Heart Harmony 10 drops, Sore to Soar 10 drops, 3 cups Epsom Salt
Kids Detox Bath Example: Sore to Soar 7 drops, Present Moment 3 drops, Heart Harmony 2 drops, 0-1 cup epsom salt.
