Easiest, 5 minute Chicken Salad!

My 5-Minute Rotisserie Chicken Salad

Prep time, 5 minutes. So delicious and I don't think this even counts as cooking.

This is one of my favorite recipes and I love to make a big batch. The theme of this recipe, as with most things in my life, is MORE IS MORE. This is not the recipe to skimp on the seasonings.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole rotisserie chickens, pulled apart by hand (I find this easiest). Also you could just do one chicken, I prefer to make a big batch.

  • ¼–½ cup of mayo. I do this to taste, depends how creamy you want it or not.

  • 2 full celery stalks, chopped, I also add the leaves as well!

  • Fresh Dill chopped, I do this by eye balling it and to taste.

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • A little onion powder and a little garlic powder

  • Juice of half a lemon

  • THE STAR OF THE SHOW IS EITHER: Cavenders Seasoning found HERE OR Old Bay Seasoning fond  HERE ( whichever you have on hand. Both are delicious!)

Instructions

  1. Shred the chicken by hand into a large bowl

  2. Add your mayo

  3. Add the fresh ingredients

  4. Season generously with all seasonings

  5. Mix it up, taste, repeat. I keep adding more seasoning of the Cavender's or the Old Bay Seasoning until Im happy with the flavor. Its more than you think!

Serve immediately with chips, veggies, or by itself! Store in the fridge for a couple days.
